To further expand the leading market position of tts, we are looking for you:

Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

As the leader for digital corporate learning solutions for over 20 years, it is our mission to provide valuable software which supports any employee of our customers. To address the needs of frontline or blue-collar workers, we have built a next-generation mobile SaaS solution to help those employees access and exchange meaningful workplace know-how with a tap of a finger. We are now seeking an experienced hands-on Business Development Manager to get us to the next level in this exploding market. The ideal candidate is hands-on and passionate about the chances in a strongly growing market. The strategic position will report directly to a member of the board.


 What you'll be doing


 • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition

 • Proactively engage with leads and track activities throughout the customer journey from qualifying, relationship building, needs evaluation, solution development/presentation to closing

 • Establish and proactively maintain a strong professional relationship with key decision makers

 • Collaborate tightly with Product Management and Product Marketing to implement and assess the go-to-market strategy and marketing initiatives

 • Establish and execute an overall digital sales strategy with the opportunity to build a new sales team

 • Gather and analyze market and industry intelligence, metrics, and trends to determine customer needs

 • Actively utilize CRM to record activities, ensuring contact details are accurate, duplicates are removed, new information is added and accurate call / visit logs are entered



 What you have


 • 3+ years of successful experience in SaaS software business

 • A strong can-do attitude and the ability to learn & adapt quickly

 • A persuasive and relatable nature

 • Exquisite verbal communication skills

 • Ability to operate proficiently in the physical and digital space

 • Industry knowledge in verticals such as manufacturing, retail, field service or facility management or similar is a strong plus
