Consulting People Manager (m/f/d) - Heidelberg/Berlin/Cologne

Your area of responsibility


As HR Consulting Manager (m/f/d) you report directly to the management. You are responsible for supporting the success of the consulting organization by:


  • Identifying development opportunities and needs to support the consulting management in achieving their goals.
  • Coaching colleagues
  • Being part of the management team responsible for building a high-performing organization in terms of business and social aspects
  • For this role, it is imperative to be proactive and understand the business needs of the consulting organization in close coordination with HR and act as a strategic partner for them.


The following activities are expected:


  • Define and operationalize general and consulting specific HR processes.
  • Definition and adjustment of salary models (incl. variable compensation models) for consultants as well as the control of performance management processes
  • Establishment and organization of a suitable learning and development environment
  • Professional onboarding of employees in the context of professional training


 The position is planned as a part-time position (max. 60%) with the option of a full-time position.


Your profile


You are committed, curious and have the desire to always work on innovative topics. In addition, you meet the following requirements:


  • Successfully completed degree in business administration or business informatics (e.g. with a focus on human resources) with relevant line experience in HR or a degree or vocational training with a comparable background.
  • Relevant experience in the consulting environment in medium-sized consulting companies
  • Analytical thinking, cross-application process thinking, IT affinity and high motivation
  • Very good written and spoken English and German skills
  • Willingness to expand existing skills and familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors
