Your main tasks

• Consult senior management in the development of a dHRE-wide AI strategy and vision – with a particular focus on added value for customers.
• Take responsibility for the implementation of the AI strategy.
• Drive the development of required knowledge and tool know-how within the consulting organization.
• Actively engage with our communities and other stakeholders, and consult them on their business needs and help them deploy promising AI use cases.
• Leveraging AI to challenge and further develop existing offerings and business opportunities
  • Identification of dHRe consulting services that may become obsolete due to AI in the coming years.
  • Development of consulting services around our customers’ needs that can be solved with AI.
• Support consulting marketing in positioning tts as a thought leader in the space of HR AI.
• Examination of which areas of activity at our clients may be replaced or transformed by AI in the coming years.
• Keep your skills up to date in this fast-developing area of AI and stay at the forefront of AI market trends and opportunities.
• Consult our customers in their AI use cases.

Your Profile

• You have shown visible deep interest in artificial intelligence technologies.
• Learning new things and diving as deep as needed is what you get up for in the morning.
• You have good strategical thinking skills and can follow through on a vision that was you have helped stating.
• Great communication skills allow you to align with module and technical experts and management to get insights from the experts and the buy-in from the stakeholders.
