Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) 50% - Netherlands

Your area of responsibility

  • Lead Generation: You are responsible for identifying and researching potential leads and interested parties. In doing so, use a variety of tools, methods and sources - above all, be creative!
  • Cold acquisition: Through social networks such as LinkedIn, by phone or email, you contact potential customers. You introduce our software solution, qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
  • Lead Qualification: You evaluate the needs, challenges and suitability of potential leads by asking targeted questions and gathering relevant information. This is how you determine if a lead meets the criteria for further interaction with the sales team.
  • Maintain and expand existing data: You will also work with the pipeline resulting from our broad customer base, various marketing campaigns and sales activities. You'll review current leads, gather additional information through research tools and personal interviews, and decide on next steps based on that information.

As you'll notice, you play a crucial role in the success of our organization with your work. You drive sales pipeline growth, maintain relationships with prospects and support the entire sales process at tts.

 

 

Your profile

You love to research and make calls and are also motivated to understand software solutions and get customers excited about them. This is where your strong communication skills and flexibility help.

In addition, you possess the following qualifications:

  • Whether you have a college degree or a relevant education - it is important to us that you are eager to learn, goal-oriented and able to quickly master new topics in a B2B context.
  • You approach customers empathetically and position yourself persuasively.
  • You have experience with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn, and maybe even CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • You have a technical affinity and interest in digitization with modern software solutions.
  • You have fluent knowledge of the Dutch language and good skills in English, both oral and written.
