Consultant (m/w/d) SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding - Brasov

As a Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding, you will join our international SAP SuccessFactors Consulting team and help customers modernise and optimise their HR processes. 

 

Your tasks

You will work closely with our customers' HR and IT teams to deliver successful SAP SuccessFactors projects, including:

  • Implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding solutions and integrate them into existing HR processes and system landscapes.
  • Facilitate customer workshops to gather business requirements, deliver training, and support release planning in line with SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
  • Configure and optimise Employee Central and Onboarding solutions based on customer requirements, including incident resolution, change requests, and system enhancements.
  • Advise and support customers in adopting new SAP SuccessFactors features and continuously improving their HR solutions.

 

Your Profile

You have experience in HR technology, either as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant or within an internal HRIS or HR function, and enjoy working at the intersection of HR processes and technology.

  • A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
  • 2–3 years experience implementing, configuring, or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding, or another HRIS
  • Good understanding of core HR processes, including employee master data, organisational management, compensation, payroll, time management, and integrations
  • Experience working in project environments, gathering business requirements, and delivering effective solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused mindset
  • Curiosity and a willingness to continuously learn and develop your SAP SuccessFactors expertise
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); German at B2 level or above is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for national and international customer projects
