Junior Sales Manager (f/m/d) - Market USA

Your Role

As a Junior Sales Manager (f/m/d), you will be part of our dynamic sales team and accompany the entire sales cycle – from lead qualification to contract signing. Your structured approach will follow sales methodologies optimized for the B2B SaaS business, such as Winning by Design.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Qualification of inbound leads as well as proactive generation of new customer contacts (outbound)
  • Conducting discovery calls and product demos together with Presales
  • Managing and documenting the entire sales process in our Salesforce CRM
  • Collaboration with Marketing, Consulting, and Product Management
  • Scheduling web meetings and, with a high willingness to travel, visiting prospects on-site
  • Continuous development of your sales skills through our enablement program

 

Your Profile

  • Initial experience in B2B sales or a sales-related position – ideally in the software sector
  • Strong willingness to learn and eagerness to grow in SaaS sales
  • Structured and analytical way of working combined with empathy and strong communication skills
  • A goal-getter with hunter mentality and persuasive power
  • Enjoy working independently, creative and persistent in cold calling
  • High learning agility and a hands-on mentality
  • Affinity for digital products and enthusiasm for customer enablement
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
