SAP Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) - Brasov

Your area of responsibility

As a SAP Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) and member of our growing international tts Consulting team, your tasks will include:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for payroll processing in Germany, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Process and communicate payroll updates and changes with precision and attention to detail, including manual payroll inputs
• Ensure payroll data is received and processed in line with established procedures and deadlines
• Act as point of contact for customer queries related to designated payrolls
• Handle payroll closing activities and maintain detailed documentation of payroll processes
• Collaborate with SAP PY technical consultants to ensure accurate and timely updating of required legislative system changes 
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance payroll processing and alignment
• Provide expert advice on both routine and complex payroll transactions while ensuring compliance with local legislation and internal policies
• Assist with internal and external audits, as well as participate in payroll-related projects

Your profile

You have already gained a minimum of 1-2 years work experience in payroll processing for the German market; The following skills and qualifications describe your profile:

• Strong knowledge of German payroll systems and practices, previous experience with SAP Payroll required
• Fluent in German, with strong written and verbal skills
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Analytical mindset with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
• BA Diploma or equivalent qualification
