Your area of responsibility


Within tts consulting we place a huge focus on employee development. And here you come in. As a People Manager (m/f/d), you can make ideas become reality, rethink processes and drive projects as a strategic partner for the Consulting unit. Your area of responsibility is diverse and offers a lot of room for creativity.

However, some of your future tasks have already defined:


  • Definition and operationalization of (general and consulting-specific) HR processes such as the coordination of the performance management process or the establishment of a workforce planning
  • Central point of contact for HR topics within the Consulting area
  • Establishment and implementation of a suitable learning and development environment
  • Technical onboarding of employees within the framework of vocational training


But that’s not all.  As said before, this role is driven based on your initiative and creativity. As the first People Manager (m/f/d), you have the chance to shape and drive new topics suitable to your expertise and people needs. However, you are not alone in your pioneering role and will find valuable support with the tts consulting colleagues and/or Corporate HR.

  • Have you ever heard of "talent acceleration" and "talent engagement"? - Awesome, we are looking forward to your ideas!
  • What ideas and innovations are “floating” around in the HR community and could add value for tts consulting?
  • Are you familiar in supporting transformation processes from an HR perspective as well as the related change activities? We would be happy if you share your experiences!


Your profile


If you enjoy working in a hybrid team, are ambitious as well as curious, and want to work on innovative topics, then we should get to know each other! If you also meet a few of the following requirements - even better: 


  • You have an academic degree, preferably with a focus on HR or talent development topics, and/or you have already spent several years working intensively on people topics
  • Analytical thinking, independent way of working and a high level of commitment represent some of your skills
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English and German
  • Willingness to build on existing skills, to learn about new topics and to implement them as a pioneer the organization
