Your area of responsibility

As a (Senior) Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d) and member of our growing international SAP SuccessFactors Consulting team, your tasks will include:

• Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and integration in the existing technology landscape & HR processes
• Conducting workshops for scoping and training purposes including release management presentations
• Ongoing optimization, support and management of global HR cloud systems
• Leading transformation projects to optimize the HR cloud systems of our customers

Your profile

You have already gained several years of work experience in the field of HR technology as a Subject Matter Expert, project lead or IT service manager, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM; The following skills and qualifications describe your profile:

• You hold a degree in computer science, business management or a related subject, ideally with an IT focus
• You have previously gained experience in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules, including implementation and configuration
• Good understanding of HR business functions and processes
• Excellent communication skills, customer-orientated and proactive attitude, team player
• Structured, analytic and self-dependent approach to work
• Excellent command of German and English (written & spoken)
• Willingness to travel
